This service is for cleaning iPhone from lost, stolen, unrecoverable blocked status IMEI. If your iPhone was report lost, stolen and unrecoverable blocked. 

This service will clean the iPhone so it does not show lost, stolen or blocked. This service will NOT clean Non Payment Blocked in your T-Mobile Account.


This service also will NOT clean Equipment Installment Plan phone. Becuase you cannot check the status of Non Payment Blocked and Equipment Installment Plan, there is NO Charge if we unable to clean your iPhone.

Warning: This is NOT unlocking service. This is Cleanning service. No refund for submitted the wrong IMEI. No refund if your iPhone is Not T-Mobile USA. Once submitted, you CANNOT cancel, NO exception. Keep in mind that for this service take between 12-36 hours for the normal turnaround but may take up to 48 hours. Please do not submit unless your customers can wait up to 48 business hours.

Reminder: Always get the IMEI from *#06# on the phone. Never take the IMEI from the phone sticker or from the box.

Notes: Will turn Blacklist & Blocked IMEI to Clean IMEI

This will not clear financing. If Blocked because financing, it will remove block but still show financing.

If Blocked because Lost/Stolen, will show Clean and no financing.

 
Some things to note;
1) Return time is increased for cleaning 1-7 days. Should be done fast but we up in case of issues.
2) If the phone is blocked from financing and it gets cleaned and customer try to activate it on T-Mobile it will immediately go back to blocked. 
3) If a blocked IMEI is cleaned that has financing, status will still show financing after cleaned.
4) If the phone is lost/stolen and cleaned without financing it can be used on T-Mobile. 
 
We suggest noting to customer that service should not be used to clean and activate on T-Mobile, only clean for unlocking. There is no way for us to check what IMEI will be cleaned without financing. Just because its blocked doesnt mean it has financing and just because its lost doesnt mean it doesnt have financing.
